2019 Vendors will receive right of first refusal to re-book their booth until January 27th. Please note there may be some changes to the floor plans so we'll do our best to accommodate your request but there could be adjustments. All applications must be accompanied by full payment.
For new exhibitors spaces are allotted in order of the date the application was received. So get your application in early!
Full payment must accompany registration for new vendors. For returning vendors 50% of the booth cost must accompany their application and the remaining 50% must be paid by March 13, 2023. We accept cheque or major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please make cheques payable to Bell Media Radio GP.
In the event of a cancellation by an exhibitor, a full refund will be will be issued up to 3 weeks before the show. The deadline for a full refund is Friday March 24th, 2023. After this date there will be no refunds.
It's necessary for all trade show exhibitors to provide a certificate of insurance to Bell Media a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of the show on April 4, 2023. Information on insurance requirements is included on the application form and noted below.
To participate in the Fort St. John Trade Show, the exhibitor (hereinafter called, “The Client”), must provide a certificate of insurance to Bell Media (hereinafter called, “The Promoter”). The certificate of insurance shall be provided to Bell Media a minimum of 7 (seven) days from the starting date of the event.
The Fort St. John Trade Show, with set-up days April 11-13, 2023 and show dates April 14, 15, and 16, 2023, takes place at the Pomeroy Sports Centre (9324 – 96th Street).
The certificate must include Commercial General Liability Insurance (including contractual) with minimum limits of $2,000,000, combined single limit per occurrence, protecting The Client and The Promoter from claims for personal injury (including, without limitation, bodily injury and death) and property damage which may arise from and/or in connection with the performance of the Client’s obligations hereunder and/or from and/or of any acts and/or omissions of The Client, its officers, directors, agents, and/or employees.
This insurance coverage may be already included in your existing liability insurance or a weekend event insurance package can be arranged. For more information, contact your insurance broker. If you do not have an insurance broker and require the advice of a broker, the producers can recommend HUB International, Barton Insurance Brokers at (250)261-6696 or Western Financial Group at (250)785-4408.
Look and listen for an extensive promotional campaign utilizing the full force of the sponsoring Radio and TV Stations: MoveFM, Bounce Radio, Pure Country 890 and CJDC TV. All stations will be running a promotional campaign leading up to the show and MoveFM and Bounce Radio will be broadcasting live from the show.
In some circumstances up to 2 vendors are allowed to share booth space. Please include the request and full details on your application form. All shared booths must be approved in advance. There is a $100 booth sharing fee.
No brokering of booths is allowed.
Vendors selling food must meet all Northern Health Food & Safety Requirements and have approved permits in place. Northern Health inspectors will do site visits to ensure all vendors comply. Basic electricity is included in all booths, however many food vendors find additional power is needed. This can be purchased through Central Display. Please contact show manager for more information.
A seated eating area will be provided for patrons and clean-up will be maintained by the show.
We do not promise exclusivity by brand or name. We allow up to 2 vendors of the same name and brand in the show and do our best to place them on different floors. If your parent company has rules stating only one seller is allowed at the show please be prepared to show documentation.
Exhibitor Move In - Thursday April 13th from 9am-8pm and Friday April 14th from 8am to 1pm
Exhibitor Move Out - Sunday April 16th from 5pm-midnight
Exhibitors are not allowed to broker space
No working propane bottles in the building
No exclusivity for exhibitors by name and brand, although producers will limit to two for those exhibitors with the same name and brand.
